To ensure the continued protection of your deployment data and configuration settings, we have scheduled a maintenance window to introduce encryption for the Dash Application.

Date: Thursday, 26 March, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (NZDT)
Alternate Window: Monday, 30 March, 2026 (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Impact to you
We are taking every measure to minimise disruptions, but please be aware of the following during the four-hour window:
- The Dash application will be offline. Deployments will be unavailable during this time.
- Because Dash provides Single Sign-On (SSO) for our integrated services, you will be unable to log in to the web interfaces for:
- GitLab (Silverstripe provided)
- Graylog
- Freshservice
This maintenance will not affect the availability of your live websites or applications.
Recommended Actions
Please ensure any critical code deployments or configuration changes are completed prior to 6:00 PM. While you can continue to work locally, you will not be able to log in to the GitLab UI or trigger CI/CD deployments via Dash until the window closes.
Please share this message with other members of your team who need to be aware, as only Stack Managers receive this direct notification.
